Ana Maria Laurent was born in Cordoba, Argentine. She has studied at the school of Fine Arts "Prilidiamo Pueyrredon" in Buenos Aires, specializing herself in painting and sculpture.
After that she attended the advanced school "Ernesto de la Carcova" where she deepened her know-how in wall painting; during this period she partecipated many times in collective exhibitions and contests, even on international level.
In 1989, she moved to Italy, first to Milan and then to Rome where, thanks to the contact she put up with the artistic society of the capital and influenced by the own polychromic energy of the Roman world of painters, she was even able to perfectionate her technique of representation enriched by new contents.
The numerous personal and collective exibitions have lead to a remarkable success as well in the public as amongst the critics.
